Next, log onto LifeChapter’s Studio Link, where I make it simple to initiate your order. Complete an order form and send it along with your design-ready images either
• via our secure FTP DropBox (in LifeChapter Studio Link), or
• by mail.
Upon receipt, I’ll promptly review your order and images then forward a project invoice. Full payment is due prior to project commencement. I happily accept Visa and MasterCard.
LifeChapter Design will prepare custom album pages according to the guidelines you’ve provided in your order.
Turn-around to the first album design is typically 3 to 7 business days, and the design proof can be provided in one of two ways, depending on your preference:
• uploaded to an online viewing platform on LifeChapter’s server (see a screenshot)
• provided to you via FTP for online viewing (72 ppi) on your established platform
I’ll e-mail a convenient review link to you (or direct to your client, depending on your preference). All LifeChapter album designs automatically qualify for up to three (3) rounds of revisions.
Once the album page designs are approved and, if applicable, any balance due is paid, I’ll send a convenient link for you to download the finalized JPGs from LifeChapter Design’s secure FTP. I also offer options for layered PSDs and for file delivery on CD/DVD.
If you’ve elected to take advantage of LifeChapter FullCircle™ Service, I’ll also submit the finished layouts to the album manufacturer you specified on your order form. Could it get any simpler?
